A full serving of First Round carries 1,200 mg of DHM and 12 supporting ingredients, each at its full, disclosed dose. That amount of active material does not fit into two or three capsules. The only way to shrink the count is to shrink the doses, openly or hidden inside a proprietary blend, and we were unwilling to do either. So every dose stays at its full label amount, the capsules are the smallest size that holds the formula, and each serving arrives pre-measured in its own packet. Four capsules is what the full formula requires.
